residential addition, located in
Caswell Beach on Oak Island, was carefully designed to maintain the elegance
of this transitional brick home. A second garage, measuring 16'8 x
20'4 was added to the
right side of the home, along with an additional 183 Sq. Ft. of
heated living space.
The addition of this living space allowed the homeowner to expand the
master bedroom suite to include a larger bathroom, additional closet space
and a separate laundry area set behind the new garage.
A staircase in the new garage provides access to an attic storage area.
