Residential Addition Project This residential addition project is located on the coast of Oak Island in North Carolina. This project involved the seamless addition of 445 Sq. Ft. of heated space to provide the homeowners with a new vaulted living room, additional bathroom and an expanded dining area. 310 sq. ft. of porches and 261 sq. ft. of deck were also added to the rear of the residence to maximize the coastal views. French doors open from the dining room to a covered porch and walkway, and a pair of French doors from the new living room open to a screened porch. The screened porch adjoins a large open deck and outdoor staircase to the backyard. |
