Residential Addition Project


This residential addition, located within walking distance of the beach on Oak Island, was uniquely designed to maintain the cottage charm of this coastal home.

 

The existing 2nd level of the home was completely replaced and 660 sq. ft. of open decking that wraps around 3-sides of the home was added.  This new space provides 938 sq. ft. of heated living space to be utilized by the homeowners as a private master bedroom suite.

 

The first floor open deck was expanded under the 2nd story addition to provide 455 sq. ft. of wraparound covered porch.
