Residential Addition Project

This residential addition project, located within walking distance of the beach on Oak Island, was uniquely designed to maintain the cottage charm of this coastal home while providing an additional 442 sq. ft. of heated living space. This new area was seamlessly added onto the front of the residence.

This addition of this space provided the homeowners with a new oversized bedroom suite, a private covered porch and a screened porch. A staircase from the ground level into this addition was also added.
