Residential Addition Project This residential addition project is located on the coast of Oak Island in North Carolina. This project involved the addition of of area to allow the homeowners to relocate the existing Kitchen and Dining Room so in order to expand the family living area. This renovation was accomplished by designing a 14' x 22' single story addition onto the rear of the home. In order to take full advantage of the beautiful waterfront views of both the Davis Canal and the Atlantic Ocean, a large open deck was also added to this addition. Covered parking is now available under the new addition. |
