This residential addition project
renovated an existing single story home and added a new second story. The existing garage was removed and a new, larger garage was added.
An internal staircase was added for access to the second floor.
The first floor now provides guest
accommodations (3-bedrooms and a full bath), laundry facilities, two new
front covered porches, and a spacious garage.
The second floor is designed as an
inverted, open floor plan, with spacious living quarters, a privately
situated master bedroom suite, another full bathroom, and front and rear
porches and a sundeck.

The original first floor of this home

The kitchen was removed and a new laundry room, with garage access was
constructed.
The front porch was removed and the front windows were replaced with
French doors.
Two new front covered porches were added.
